Fake Documents to REMARRY

Magandang gabi po.

Hiwalay napo kme ng husband ko since 2008 - Physically but not legally. Ngaun napagalaman ko na ikinasal siya ulit AT sa highschool bestfriend ko na nabuntis niya.

Nalaman ko sa common friend namin na nag pagawa daw ang husband ko ng fake death certificate ko. (Sarap lang bugbugin)

Questions:

1) Naregister po ba yun noon sa NSO na "patay" na ako?
2) Hindi po ba ako mgkakaroon ng problema sa pagkuha ko ng authenticated birth certificate kapag nangailangan ako?
3) Maaapektuhan po ba ang mga government documents ko like sa SSS, TIN, Philhealth, ETC.ETC.
4) Ano po ang kasong pwede kong ihabla sa "ex-husband" ko?
5) Gaano po kabigat ang kaso na ihahabla ko, pwede po ba siyang makulong noon?

You can file a criminal case against your husband..not your ex husband..nasabi ko po na he is still you husband kasi valid pa din po ang kasal nyo sa pagkakaalam ko dahil ang mga documents that he produce and submitted sa court to annul your marriage was fake..All you have to do now is to request sa NSO nang copy nang marriage contract nyo and i assume that there is an annotation written that it was annulled..from there malalaman mo kung saan nya finile yung annulment na yun at pumunta ka dun sa lugar na yun and go to clerk of court and ask for an authenticated copy those annulment documents..and if you could request for a marriage contract as well of your husband and your high school bestfriend much better kasi yun yung magiging evidence mo if you decided to file another criminal case na BIGAMY..all you have to do is to have an NSO copy of the two marriages and go to the regional trial court na kung saan sila nagpakasal at magfile ka nang case..you dont have to get a private lawyer ask the assistance of Public attorney's office and they will help you to file those cases..isa pang case na pwede mo ifile ay concubinage since nabanggit mo na nagkaroon sila nang anak isang evidence yun para sa oncubinage which means committed by any husband who shall keep a mistress in the conjugal dwelling, or, shall have sexual intercourse, under scandalous circumstances, with a woman who is not his wife, or shall cohabit with her in any other place..
