In A BPO Environment, What Covers An Eight Hour Shift?

Magtatanong lang po sana, kasi po nagtatrabaho ako sa BPO or better known as Call Center.

Eight hours po ang shift na may dalawang 10 mins break at isang 25 mins Lunch Break.

Ngayon po nire require nila ang mga agents na pumasok ng 30 minutes before shift para sa quality briefing at pag pull up ng mga tools. Ito po ay walang bayad at pag hindi ka nag comply, meron kang memo na matatanggap at mabibigyan ka pa ng suspension.

Pag dumating ka ng sakto sa pagsimula na iyong shift, kailangan mong mag pull up pa ng mga tools. Yong pag pull up ng tools, kalimitan inaabot ng 15 minutes at pag minalas ka pa, aabot hanggang 45 minutes. Pag nagpull up ka ng tools hindi ka kaagad makapag log-in sa tool nila na tinatawag na Avaya at dahil dyan, mababawasan ka ng hanggang 45 minutes na walang bayad at markado ka pa na late.

Tanong ko lang po, ito po bang policy na ito ay naaayon sa batas at makatwiran po ba ito?
