That cannot be done. Expenses in branch auditing is chargable to the company as part of their operation expenses and the same is not or should not be shifted to the employees.
The nature of 13th month pay is like a bonus that is MANDATED by law to be given by the employer to its employees, the full amount of the employees salary which is equivalent to one month salary.
