August 2004 i was hired as a reliever (3 days a week of work)with no contract signed for 7 months later, i signed for a probationary period of 5 months, after the probationary period was due, i signed a document for a regular employee until this year 2013, my question is, can the 7 months with no contract be counted for the computation of separation pay.

Thank you

Paul

what will be the separation pay for?? did you resign? were you terminated?

if separation pay is required, it will have to start on the day of your first day of work.
