Bad Mouthing from Previous Employer

Good Afternoon po, ask ko lang po ung right ko regarding what happen sa background check ko. My potential employer told me po kc na according sa background check na gnawa ng third party lumabas po na I was involuntarily resign which is hnd nmn po I was able to exit my previous company ng maayos. I was able to get my backpay, nakapagpasa po ako ng resignation letter na pinirmahan nila, nakapagprocess din po ako ng clearance, was able to get the quitclaim, COE etc. but during background check and nakatag daw po sa akin is INVOLUNTARY RESIGN.how come na involuntary xa which is ang reason ko po is personal reason kaya ako umalis ng company. pumunta po ako sa previous company para iclear lahat and ang sabi lang nila isa nagkaron lang ng invalid tagging and subject for correction na po xa, pero ng nagrerun po uli ng background check ganon pa rin daw po ang lumabas naghintay po ako ng almost 3 months sa background check and ng dahil lang sa previous employer ko e bale wala lang po lahat ng pagiintay ko.ano po b ang case na pwede kong isampa sa previous company ko. maraming salamat po.

salamat po, need ko pa rin po b ng result in hard copy ng background check from the potential employer who made the background check as a proof? thank you
