My previous employer decided to withdraw their business registration in the Philippines (they are based in another country but still somehow operating here). I did not get an ITR and now I need a notarized letter stating the company is no longer operating. Should this be given by my old employer? What should be the contents of the letter? THANKS FOR HELPING! Neutral
