Arresto Menor

May daughter has been to a lot of trauma following effort of the company to terminate her. The problem is most of the important communication and instructions were done verbally. How do we deal with that trick?

1. After more than 6 months work with the company, she was asked (verbally) to file a request to extend her probationary. Obviously her immediate superior forgot to act on that during her 6 months work. She did not write the request and she was allowed to continue working.
2. Last month she was placed into a preventive suspension over alleged violation of company policy. Finding no solid ground to terminate her, her suspension that did not observe "due process" was lifted after 30 days and was instructed with a memo to "report for work on Feb 25, 2013". However she was told that she would be reassigned to Mindanao (she is a field representative). Confused on what to do she filed a vacation leave pending receipt of formal communication.

This is the problem "how to document these obvious moves of the company to terminate her". What are we supposed to do?

Thank you and God bless all.
