Hi,
My husband was't able to sign on the birth certificate of our son because were separated but not yet legally. I was pregnat at that time when he left me, he was aware that im pregnant. Until i got give birth to our son and until now we are still separated but not legally.
Question:
1. Is our child legitimate even if he did not sign the BC as his father?
