Prosecuted? yes. kasi nga may napatay ka or nasaktan ka by your own act.

However, you can set up a defense of self-defense in doing so, in this case, you MAY be acquitted or convicted, depending on your defense.

Killing or inflicting an injury to another person is a crime under our law. so ang sanction is imprisonment, makulong ka. Sabi nga nila.."Wag mong ilagay ang batas sa kamay mo" You may avail Barangay conciliation or direct action in court.
