the marriage must be solemnized in the presence of a solemnizing officer where a man and a woman declare that they are taking each other as husband and wife.

the fact that there are witnessess, the marriage is valid.

i wonder why you are thinking of separation where the marriage just took place three (3) days ago. Shocked
