accused of stealing

hi attorney, my husband kasi is accusing by his employer na nag-steal ng gamit sa office. actually,they have no legit proof para pagbintangan sya. He was inspected by the security, bukod sa kanya there were 3 other employees that was inspected and get their statements. after one week, my husband received a letter from the HR manager that he must undergo a Polygraph test (lie detector test) by himself. I told my husband not to sign the letter because its unfair for his part. 4 silang kinuhaan ng statement tapos sya lang ang mag-uundergo ng polygraph test. What if pilitin po syang mag-undergo sa test without any proof of stealing, pwede po ba namin ireklamo ang employer? thanks

there seemed to be an abuse of the employer in forcing the employee to subject to poly test. you can ask assistance from DOLE if this is allowed in their office.
