Termination during Maternity Leave

I'm currently on my leave, supposedly babalik ako ng work this Feb. 26, 2013 and under po ako ng agency not directly hired by company. one of my office mates told me na nag declare ang kanilang HR na hindi na ako pababalikin sa work, the reason daw is may nagsabi daw sa HR namin about my post on a social network about her. I admit naman na nag-post ako but I didnt include any name pero they assumed it na sya daw iyong laman ng aking post, isa sa officemate ko ang nagsabi sa HR namin na ganun.I want to file a complain sa dole, ano po ba ang steps na dapat ko gawin before filling a complain?

i don't recommend you go to nlrc yet because you have not confirmed that you have been terminated.

the agency wants me to report on their office on feb 26, i think yun na po ang time nla na sabhin sa akin na they will terminate me from work and inutos yun ng HR from the company.If ever po ba na ganun is it a legal matter to file a complain.?

it depends on what you posted. if other people can understand who you are referring to, i would say there is basis for the grievance against you.
