Termination on Maternity Leave

I just want to be sure. Nahulihan po kasi ako ng cellphone kahapon 12/15/2014. May pending case pa po ako, same infraction, last January 10, 2014 na-serve. One year po ang cleansing period sa amin. Final warning na po yun. Ayon po sa COM policy, second offense is 3-day suspension. May mga nabalitaan po ako nasuspend ng 10 days. Okay lang ba yun na hindi sumunod ang company sa posted na compliance guidelines nila?

Pinag-aalala ko lang po, baka materminate ako dahil dito sa second offense at maapektuhan yung SSS Benefit ko. Hindi pa kasi nabibigay sa akin yung check, yung iba kong kasama, two months before ng due nila nareceive.

Yung expected delivery date ko po is Feb. 10, 2015.

Employer should advance it a month before your leave date per sss, but some company gve it a month before your edd.
