Arresto Menor

Laughing I was involved in car accident last march 14, 2012 in Tomas Morato while driving the truck of my Boss with a TPL insurance only. I am the one who hit their 2011 model BMW on the back. Police report and settlement done after an hour by the owner, I pay him P20,000.00 as settlement so that he will sign my clearance for my requirement to redeem my driver's license in Quezon City DPOS. After 10 months I receive demand letter fom an Insurance Firm about their recovery claim for almost P363,127.32 or else they will sue me in court. What should I Do? Please Help.. Thanks Wink
