I bought a property from RCBC by auction. The TCT was transferred in my name on March 24, 2010. TD&S Hope Christian Academy, the illegal occupant of said property does not want to vacate the property despite notice. What is the appropriate case should I file in court to eject the illegal occupant from my property?

I lend P100,000.00 about 8 years ago to my relative. This is supported by promissory note executed by my relative and secured by property in Pasig which I later found out that the TCT is fake from the Pasig Registry of Deeds. What case should I file against my relative to put her in jail?
