Appreciate your advice on the below story regarding my property.
In July 2010, I bought a property at BF homes and I nearly completed the payment for deposit but stopped the last monthly payment due the pending development of the property. Upon paying the whole DP dpt po coconstruct n un property ko pero wla p pong nagagalaw sa development.
now it's been 3 yrs at ngyon lng nla inuumpisahan ang construction gsto ko n po sna i pull out or discontinue the purchase due to the long delay of the construction. reservation application lng po ang napirmahan ko with developer, i was informed na kung ipull out ko po e 50% of the total deposit lng dw po makukuha ko.. is this correct kht wla ako contract to sell n pinipirmahan binded po ba ako sa MACEDA Law... thanks for your assistance
