Hi. I need advice with my problem and I really hope somebody can help me. I have decided to withdraw my application from a consultancy firm for Australia because the program that the firm applied me for had ceased. My payments would total almost 300 thousand pesos. It has been more than a month now but still they are not giving me my refund, they always tell me to be patient. Can anybody advise me what to do?

Give them a written demand and have it received by them. If nothing happens, file a collection case in court.
