How and where can I file estafa

help me please. i would like to file estafa case but I don't know how and where.

nag issue ng bouncing check ung isang director ng isang company. ung check will expire a few weeks from now.

[b]Atty. I do really ask for help and proper guidance. Can you explain to me the Grounds of Large Scale Estafa and its Components and How much money is involved that qualifies it to be Large Scale. What legal actions to take if i am sued for such case kasi i don't have yet the legal papers in me and likewise if i have a problem as such am willing to settle in a fair and just process. I just arrive from Singapore 2months ago & i known that in my Consultancy/Documentations Services Biz 7 applicants filed a Estafa against my/their agent for the 10k that is paid for her for the documentation processing. On record,my fees for package services is only 7k so 3k goes to agents pocket then. What to do please help me? I had known that the case is at the Fiscals sala then in our RTC. Any immediate actions to be taken? need your help ASAP.Thank you po.

It is not the amount, but the number of persons involved in perptrating the swindle that makes it large-scale or syndicated.
You must:
1. Get the services of a lawyer; and
2. File your counter affidavit.
