CAN I FILE ESTAFA?

Good afternoon Atty. I am a teller Agent in a Travel Agency. Then 1 day one of my friend asked for a help. she asked me to get a tickets for her relatives but since were not allowing credits I refused. then here comes her aunt gauranteed that they will pay me in the next day from the day they asked me. before I booked their tickets I called my boss to ask her consent then she agreed. since the day I booked the tickets untill now still the tickets are unpaid. And now they refused to pay it the worst they said they will just pay it if i'm going to pay half of the amount of the tickets. the tickets cost Php 11,325.00.
I'm thinking if I can file a case againts them what case would it be?

pls someone who can help me??
