hello po..gud morning..
kung may kakasuhan po kami ng estafa,dahil po sa services niya na palpak 2 months ago po,pwede pa po ba iyon?saka estafa case nga po ba ang dapat ikaso dun?

estafa requires that he intentionally deceived you in order to convince you to acquire his services. if you have sufficient evidence of deceit, then your case may prosper.

if none, then it may be better to just file a civil case for damages for his poor performance.
