please advise if the wife of my bf is capable of suing me. i am already 8 mos pregnant when she found out about us but we are not living together in one roof. can she use my pregnancy to file a case against us such as concubinage? she said that she will use our pictures she found in facebook. is this enough already? she also said that she will sue my parents as well for letting us be in a relationship even though the guy is married already, my parents did not know though. what am i supposed to do? thanks.

the proper way of looking at this is that you cannot prevent her from filing a criminal or civil case against you. the question is whether her complaint will prosper and what defenses do you have.

for concubinage to prosper, she will have to prove that you and her husband lived together or had sexual intercourse under scandalous circumstances. having a child together is not enough. and she has to include her husband.

besides punishment for the concubine is just banishment from the place where the husband and wife live.
