Hello Atty,

Recently, I was put on Prevetive Suspension and under investigation. When being investigated, the company must prove you of wrong doing? If they have no evidence or the company cant find any worng doing? Can I still be dismissed from the company? The company must find reason to terminate me right? Thank you for your kindness
