sir/mam:

naivideo w/ audio (cellphone)namin ang pag utter ng problem neighbor (deped couple teachers)ng 'PUSILON TA HINOON MO'. pinablotter ko last tuesday evening & barangayed wednesday morning. we are scheduled sa brgy this 24th. Though, a closer listening using very good headphone, madistinguish ang pag-utter ng 'Pusilon...' kahit na patalikod at papalayo sa road pakasabi.

nablotter/barangayed ko dati ang husband last 2011 on similar issue - nakainom sa isang gabi na malaking boses tinatawag ako parang nakipaghamon.

nablotter narin ang husband last 2012 by a contract crew of local electric coop. pinababa sa taas ng poste.

Pursigido po akong kasuhan sila. marami pa silang nasabi caught on video/audio kahit madilim na (past 5:30pm na kasi.

Please, help me.

Nagvideo po ako sa aking private property sa veranda habang ang pag utter (pusilon..) ng problem neighbor ay nasa subdivision road...
