I would just as kung ano yung maximum duration or time frame kung hanggang kelan pwedeng i-delay or ibigay ung separation pay?

eto ung case namen;

We we're laid off from our company last Dec. 13, 2012 due to retrenchment. last nov13, 2012 binigay ung notice.. so since dec 13, 2012 up to present, wala pang updates regarding sa separation pay namen. ano po ang legal basis and hindi pa po ba kami pwedengmag demand ng payment of "wages"? thanks po sa magrerespond! pwede ka pumunta sa DOLE mag file kayo nang SENA form.. parang demand letter yun..

by law it should be given by the time the separation is effective. the recourse is to file a complaint at nlrc
