Good evening po.
Gusto ko lang po malaman kung anu-ano ang aking mga karapatan/options bilang landowner ng naging retention at ito ay tenanted the fact na ngbigay na po ako ng 2 hectares of land bilang disturbance compensation na paghahatian nilang 4 na tenants.Na inayawan ng tenant na ito ang pagiging beneficiary bagkos ay mas ginusto niya na manatili sa pagiging tenant..
Meron po ba akong karapatan na umayaw sa kanyang kagustuhan?

Wow, ok ah, ayaw ng mga tenants na magkaroon ng sariling lupa(by virtue of the law) kasi gusto nilang maging tenant sa lot mo forever?

Hmm, maybe hinde lang ciguro na explain ng maayos yung effect sa pagbigay mo ng 2hectares as a compensation.

Try to explain it again to them..Tell them na paghahatian nila yun and sila na ang may ari, sila na mag cultivate sa lupa kasi sa kanila na yun

Umayaw ka man or pumayag, wala silang magawa, because that what the law says..

Lastly, should they(tenants) remain in your property despite after giving the 2 hectares to them, pwede mo silang ipa barangay or institute a case for trespassing or ejectment(eto yung mga rights mo)
