legal advise on voidable marriage

hi po, first of all I would like to thank everyone for having this kind of forum which is helpful for people like me.

Ask lang po legal advise, separated na po ako sa wife ko and I want to file an annulment case or voidable marriage. We have a certificate of marriage recorded at NSO, nagpakasal kami sa attorney sa Kalookan pero sa marriage certificate kumuha kami ng license sa Bulacan, which is hindi naman kami nag secure nun before kami magpaksal. Then ang nakalagay po na solemnizing officer is a reverend wherein ang nagkasal sa amin ay attorney. Me valid grounds po ba ako? Ano po pede ko gawin?

Based on my own experienced...

Your marriage is manipulated by your atty.
Most of them used the other name for the solemnizing becaused they were not authorized to put their names in your marriage contract...like birt certificate there are list of names Authorized to sign our legal documents like marriage and birth certificate...Maybe the atty. whom gathered the ceremony of your marriage is not really assigned in that area...that's the reason why he used an authorized name for your Marriage Certificate to Register...Once your marriage Certificate is on NSO it is considered as Valid...

nangyayari ang ganyan.. sa rituals and ceremony si pastor juan ang nag kasal. pero ang naka pirma ay si pastor pedro.its only because hndi autorized si pastor juan na ag kasal or expired ang licens nya. pero maari itong i manipulate sa ilalim ng usapan ni pastor juan at pastor pedro. wlang pinag kaiba ang sa senaryo ng gaya ng sayo angkoy. once nasa nso ang cert? is it valid. pero minsan may invalid din. i review mo na lng ang marital history mo bka may valid ground ka na makita para maka pag file ka ng dec. of nulity or void ng kasal mo. if authorized din ba yung naka pirma sa cert nyo? how about your age during the wedding? etc..etc..
