Paano po ba mag-compute ng separation pay?

Un-used leave credits po ba on previous years na hindi binayaran, kasama po ba sa obligasyon ng employer? Sa kasalukuyan kasi hindi binabayaran ng employer yung un-used leave credits namin yearly.

How aboout po yung promised na additional allowance, kahit wlang written agreement pwede po bang i-claim, kaharap po yung HR Manager nung sinabi sa amin.

separation pay po ba saan? mag re resign po ba kayo? may policy ba ang kumpanya na magbigay nang separation pay pag resign? pag wala.. ang matatanggap nyo lang yung salary, pro rated 13th month pay at tax refund kung meron..

yung sa leave credits.. kung may policy na ni co convert sa cash.. makukuha nyo din.. pero kung wala.. eh hindi..

allowance.. malamang hindi din.. lalo na kung walang kasulatan..

Ofcourse...its not a voluntary resignation...it was a termination by employer, due to manpower cost cutting measure!

On "Incentive Leave Credits" someone told me that under the law any unused leave credits (5 days mandatory) are convertible into cash....medyo naguguluhan po ako sa mga sagot!

retrenchement... that's 1/2 month's salary X every year of service..
