Arresto Menor

magandang araw po..may nakabangga po sa akin na motorsiklo at sad to say namatay po yung nakabanga na motorsiklo din ang sinakyan. Ngayon po ay humihingi ng malaking amount yung namatayan at hindi po namin kayang bayaran. Napag-alaman po sa sketch ng pulis na kasalanan po nung namatay. Tanong ko lang po, may karapatan ba sila na humingi ng ganun? may karapatan po ba kami na humingi sa kanila kahit sila yung namatayan? maraming salamat po at napakalaking tulong po sa akin kapag ito ay nasagot.
