Hi,

My friend has been threatened by her supervisor that she will be terminated due to non-adherence of attendance policy since she didn't go to work 3 times during her rendering period.
She already passed her resignation and was approved for 15 days on the 21st of this December.

Also, just an additional information, his supervisor doesn't answer her calls whenever she will inform him of his absence. Her supervisor also, doesn't give her the necessary papers to inform her about the status of her attendance, like written warning and final warning etc.

What I know is that while rendering, an employee is not subject to the attendance policy since that employee is for attrition already and if ever she didn't complete her days of rendering of 15 CALENDAR DAYS(Including Rest Days), it will just be deducted in the final pay.

Please help.
Thanks in advance.

notice period is actually 30 days. i consider it unwise to terminate an employee based on this, but it can be considered a management right.
