I would like your advise on how we should get a case going for what happened to our home. My wife and I works during the night and we have a two year old daughter. We hired a yaya a year ago, who we fired a few days ago because of reasons such as our kid having bruises and broken tooth on separate occassions without the yaya telling us what happened and we found out from a relative that our daughter fell 2 steps from the stairs.

But this was not the reason why we are seeking your advise, we were about to hire her back after hearing her plea of needing to come back, and her promises of changing her ways and needing work.

After deciding to let her come back yesterday, we found out from our landlord and neighbor, that she has been letting someone come in in the middle of the night. We found out that it was her boyfriend and that she even let's him in when we are sleeping or away. What threw us off more is that she (the yaya) also goes out at the wee hours of the morning with our daughter to meet up with her boyfriend. This is all were just known and realized yesterday, as our neighbor thought that we were allowing the dude in because there were times that we were also inside the house.

The shit hits the fan when we found out that from the yaya's of our neighbors that these was all happening under our noses and most specially that we found unknown cigarrette butts in our comfort room, and porn videos suddenly appearing, downloaded on our 2 year old daughter's tablet. With all of these coming out, we hired a different yaya from an agency yesterday.

This is all both heartbreaking and worrysome and i hope that someone from your team would respond the soonest possible time. We are now on our way giving the subdivision guards a picture, and also going to the baranggay hall.

We are unsure of the extent of what they did to our house, our master's bedroom and our daughter. Sad to say that we fear that they did something to our daughter too. All of this being considered I am desperately seeking your advise on what case to file or what other measures we can do as we feel that they know the ins and outs of the house and that they have access to everything.

Thank you and advance.

Please note that the unauthorized entry (of the boyfriend) and bringing out of our child out to meet the boyfriend at wee hours of the morning (1AM, 2 AM, 3 AM) happened numerous times without our knowledge and different hours of the day.

pls refer your case to a real practicing lawyer in your locality.

I would like to seek your advise - i thought there are real lawyers here?

Besides that, my hope was to read on a response that would give me some overview of what possible cases i could present.

This is really an odd and useless response, I apologise if I sound rude but I really thought that I could read a better response as the website offers free legal advise without the need of a client-attorney relationship.

Anyone else here, who can please give me a better answer than this?

Sorry for being rude, but its just weird to read on such a response. As a former admin of a forum (really different fromthis) its like reading a spam post. Parang pamparami lang to ng post e.

I understand OF COURSE that the end of this is that we have to seek legal advise, but i sought this website to get a VALID opinion.

Thank you for your advise taxconsultantdavao, but i would like to have an opinion from someone who knows criminal law more than I do.
