We own a 13 hectare land and 1 hectare of it was sold to a group of farmers. For so many years, we've been trying to sell the remaining 12 hectares. Everytime there's a buyer, the farmers would threaten the buyers and they would end up backing out. My grandparents already died trying to sell the remaining land. We just want to sell what is rightfully ours but the farmers owning the 1 hectare of land were trying to push the buyers away. What is the best way to deal with this?

if there is only 1 title, then a deed of partition if they are willing to sign it. if not, a judicial action for partition.
