Ayon sa aking nabasa, sa 'abandonment of work' daw dapat may clear and deliberate intent to discontinue employment without any intention of returning back (must be manifested by some overt acts). Samantalang sa attendance policy ng aming kompanya, accumulation of 3 consecutive unauthorized/unexcused absences abandonment na. Ano ang mas matimbang sa kanilang dalawa?
