Hi.

We are here in Dubai and found out that my husband is having an affair on one of his co worker. I would like to know if I can file monetary damages to the mistress because they ruin our family. How I can do that?

Please help.

if filed here in the philippines, then it can be done at your or the girl's residence. a complaint has to be drafted and filed in the courts, then your claim has to be proven in trial with testimony and other evidence.

I do have an email from her asking for forgiveness and decided to end the affair with my husband, but until now they are still together. Is the email of the girl can be used as evidence?

gusto ko po sanang liwanagin ito, kung posible magfile ng monetary damages lang sa kabit ng mr. ng hindi nadadawit sa kaso ang mr.? parehas po silang nsa pilipinas.

atty., ask ko lang ho sana if meron ho bang maximum amount na pwedeng iclaim don sa kabit sa ganitong kaso kung sa kasalukuyan e wala na sila nong kabit? Magkano po ba kaya ang pwedeng idemand sa kanya at may maximum amount ho ba?

atty., pwede po ba kayo magsite ng example dito? halimbawa magdemand po ng 500k magkano po ang filing fee non? or 300k? salamat po.

it's about 1-1.5%. the latest case i filed for 600k, the filing fee was 11.5k

atty., ask ko lang ho sana if meron bang maximum timeframe na pwede lang kasuhan ung kabit lang? i mean kung nangyari ito sa nakaraan like 1 year ago pde ba kasuhan ng misis ang kabit doon sa time na gusto niya? o may time limit?
