what eveidences i need to file a monetary damages against my husband's mistress?

san po lugar pwede akong magfile ng case? sa location po ba kung san nakatira yung mistress or kung san po ako nakatira?
may anak na po sila ng hubby ko at marami silang pictures sa fb na magkasama nagbakasyon from different places.the mistress know that my hubby is already married and we have a son, now im pregnant to our second baby. mahirap ma-prove na magkasama sila kasi magaling silang magtago, my in-laws are in favor of them. is this enough proof to file against the mistress of my husband?
anu po ba ang grounds if she found guilty under art. 26 of the civil code?

those fb pictures are a start. you can file the case where you reside or where she resides.
