sa employment contract ko, it says basic 18,000 + 4,000 non taxable allowance, pinalitan ng company to basic 14,000 + 7,500 non taxable allowance, ini append sa contract namin at napilitan kaming pirmahan dahil kung hindi ang sweldo ay 18,000 without allowance.

Legal ba ito mga kaibigan?

Deductions = 825
Tax due = 2210.50
Net = 14964.50 (before allowances)
Total = 18964.50



Assuming 14K + 7.5K. Single, no dependents. No OT or other income.
Deductions = 741.70
Tax due = 1359.99
Net = 11898.31 )before allowances)
Total = 19398.31

Mas malaki ang take home mo dito.

Pero pag usapang 13th month, talo ka.

Dapat ipinaliwanag ang dahilan ng pagpalit ng detalye. Kung di kayo sang-ayon, pwedeng hindi tanggapin ang bagong alok. And consider everything as void.
