we have been working in a company for 6 years already.. we have a minimum wage, car allowance of 650 per day, gasoline allowance of 300 per day, 180 meal allowance and 60 per day load allowance.. a total of 1190 allowance per day.. in our certificate of employment, it was stated that our combined monthly salary and allowance is 42k.. now the company reposition us to office based.. they are cancelling our allowances and they are only paying our minimum wage.. is this considered non diminution of benefits? thank you
