Hi Attoney,

I just want to consult something regarding this matter.

To start, I work in a BPO (Call center) in QC. I know that we should have 2 rest days each week. We all know that rest days in BPOs are not fix, like the regular Saturdays and Sundays.

My question is, is it legal na mag-work yung employee for 10 straight days as long as there will be 2 RDs in a week?

my position here is if it is accidental due to a scheduling issue, it is not unlawful.

your remedy will be to complain in writing first to HR then to the DOLE

that happened to some of us... actually, first it was like 8 days straight, 9 days then became 10 days...
