Arresto Menor

I am working as a group GL in the company that I am working. Last Friday, NOv. 17, my supervisor and the whole PM shift teachers had a general meeting. He then announced the disbanding of my group and my demotion publicly without me being notified or warned first. The Supervisor doesnt also have valid reasons for my demotion. For 1 year and 7 months of working, I was never absent, i was never late, i dont have memorandum for policy violation, and i dont have student complaints. what is the proper thing for me to do?
