Regarding po sa land ownership. If we already fully paid the land and the national housing already give us the certification that we already paid in 2003 from national housing. Years later we find out that they miss calculate the said amount and charge us the balance plus interest after several years of not paying the so called balance this 2012 and they also issued a demand letter. So ang question po is do we have the right to question and not pay because they just inform us after a decade.
