muslim divorce not permitted by LCR

anyone na makakatulong po sakin para po mairecord ng LCR ung courtorder ko na divorced na ung unang marriage ko? hindi po kasi mairecord ung case ko sa lcr namin dahil sabi po ng mga taga lcr ung unang marriage ko daw catholic daw po ung nasa religion ko after marriage kz nagpaconvert kami ng ex ko sa muslim. but we are separated for more than 7 years na po so i decided na magpadivorced sa islam pero po hindi po inohonor ng lcr ung divorced paper (muslim law) ano po kaya ang darat kong gawin? actually may balak uli akong magpakasal pero gusto ko na maging legal ang lahat para po di ako magkaproblema. please po i am seeking for your advice.
