Good day,
i am planning to apply as an immigrant in Canada but i have a problem that i needed some advice about. you see, i am married but we are not living/separated for 2 years now (we just realized that it will not work), we are not annulled or legally separated and we have a kid. at present i have a girlfriend and we have 2 kids. of course i'd like to bring my present family with me. i'd like to know how my marital status affect my application? what are the things i need to do? who do i need to talk to to get this resolve?
please give me advice or at least point me to a direction where i can get answers.
