I would like to ask for an advice regarding an estafa case which has been file to me by my old employer in Philippines. The complainant has committed suicide and is already dead. The case as of now is archived. Someone told me that my name is on immigration watch list. Though, I was already out of the Philippines before case was filed against me. I am planning to have a vacation in Philippines with no confirmed date yet but before that i wanted to be sure or confirmed if i can still leave philippines or can i still go back abroad without difficulty knowing that the heirs (husband) of complainant will not pursue with the said case.
