immigration watch list philippines

hi. i am 32 years old, male, and married. i am about to apply to be a seaman. i already have my papers including basic training certificates and other important documents except for my seaman's book. me and my wife are not doing good these past months because she always nags and tell me that i cannot support them because i dont have bigger income. i felt underestimated and went home (my parent's home) because i cannot stand her attitude anymore. time comes that i found an opportunity to apply on board, and what she did is that she submitted my seamans book in the immigration and put my name on watch list. i cant find any ground of puting me on watch list but she said she already submitted my seamans book there. in this case, cant i really travel and apply for abroad? what should i do? thank you
