immigration watch list case

good morning po!
i need your help po regarding my friend's case. his name was under watch list in immigration so when he tried to go back to korea by december last year 2011,he was blocked in airport; said that someone had complained about him that the complainant is unknown.he tried to find settlement with that matter and tried to go to korea again by march,but the situation is just the same with before and now its been 6 months already since then.so since that time,his attorney try to settle that again but until now its not yet cleared and attorney said he found it difficult to solve this case.we just cant understand why.can you please help me with this matter?on whats the best thing to do?please help me

Is he over stayed or an illegal entry? has he committed any crimes? If not! whatever stopping him to leave, he should approach the Korean Embassy he is their subject not Philippines subject, if he hasn't committed any crimes. But if he is one of those illegal dog fighting gamblers or illegal telephone/internet provider as such on the news. Then he becomes under Philippines jurisdictions. Take him to Korean Embassy if he hasn't committed any crimes! They have no right to keep him in the country. Watch list means he cannot enter Philippines not he cannot leave the Philippines. They have no right to keep him there if he hasn't done any crimes. This is a bit sounds fishy if you ask me! His lawyer should help him to know his right.

what i mean is that my friend is a korean citizen.the problem is that he was been on watchlist in philippines immigration since december2011 he can not go to his country because of that.although he had a lawyer processing the clearing of that matter,but it took almost 6 months that until now he is not able to go out of philippines and go home in korea.whats the best thing to do if like that?and how long it will take to arrange that case if processed by a lawyer,how come his lawyer said that he dont know whats making this case difficult to solve?

BTW, this anonymous report is irrelevant! take him to the Korean Embassy if there aren't any charges against him. Don't allow them to mess him about!

we had been to korean embassy a month ago.they advised the lawyer to file a promisory note stating that he will come back again here in philippines and have to deposit money in immigration before leaving the philippines and that money will be refunded only when he came back here in ph.but after that,until now he can not even go home to korea.his lawyer said that he dont know whats making this case difficult.is it possible?
its almost 6months since he was in watch list,it took him long time here that he have to go to immigration monthly for a visa extension.he hasnt made any crime,just that unknown complainant puts him in watch list in immigration

Well! take him back to Korean Embassy he is their responsibility with or without money!
Meanwhile, message me on my inbox all his details so I can try and do my best to help and inform the Korean government about his situation. They are just ripping him off! this is rubbish! they cannot keep him if they haven't got anything against him! In Korea they deport Filipinos at no cost!

sir paano po ako makakasiguro na dpo nya ginawa un??sabi po nya may binayaran po cya...kung totoo man po un at hinold po nila ako sa immigration sa airport ano po ba ang gagawin ko?

paano ko po ba ang dapat kung gawin? nagbayad raw po cya immigration para magawa na ipahold ako sa immigration..pag po nag ganun cno po ba ang dapat kung lapitan?

Hindi pwede yan! bluff lang yan! hot air lang yabang lang ba! kahit magbayad pa sya hanapan mo sila ng case number at kapag walang maipapakita! at kapag pinagpilitan sabihin mong kakasuhan mo sila dahil wala kang open case kaya malaya kang makakabiyahe!
