ask ko lang po may karapatan ba akong humingi ng sustento sa ama ng mga anak ko kahit hindi kami kasal,naghiwalay na kami at mayroon kaming 3 anak at nasa akin lahat ang mga bata.ang 3 bata ay nag aaral na.

did the father sign the children's birth certificates? or did he issue affidavits of acknowledgment and authority to use surname of father? you have to first establish that he is the acknowledged father of the children.

naka sign po sa birth certificate at na acknowledge na rin,apilyedo ng ex live in partner ko ang gamit ng 3 kong mga anak.29 yrs old na ang kanilang ama at sa ngayon bumalik sa pag aaral,sa sitwasyon ngayon may karapatan ba akong humingi ng sustento sa kanya,kahit nag aaral pa cya.

kinausap ko ang aking ex live in partner kanina lang,sinabi ko sa kanya ang mga needs ng mga anak niya at ang sinabi lang niya sa akin na "wala raw siyang trabaho,ano daw ang ibibigay niya"sa ganoon na dahilan pwede ba na ganyan nalang palagi ang sasabihin niya na wala siyang trabaho,9yrs old na ang panganay namin,ni minsan hindi cya naghanap ng trabaho para may maibigay sa amin.ano kaya ang una kong gawin para mapilitan talaga siyang makapagbigay ng sustento sa mga anak niya?

pinatawag ko na cya sa brgy.ang sinabi lang niya wala daw siyang trabaho.di ko ba cya pwedeng e force na magbigay ng financial support dahil wala siyang trabaho.
