hellow po..pinsan ko po kasal sya pero hindi gingamit ang apelyedo ng asawa nya.ask ko,, lang po kung pwede po yung hindi gamitin ang apelyedo ng asawa kahit kasal,?pero ang mga bata ay apelyedo ng tatay.magkakaproblema po ba un sa mga benifits? thanks po sana mapayuhan nyo ako...tnx

Ang Pagamit ng lastname ng lalaki ay hindi mandatory ayon sa civil code article 370.

Ang kailangan nya lang siguraduhin na consistent po ang pangalan na ginagamit nya sa lahat ng kanyang documento.
