Arresto Menor

Sana po ay mabigyan nyo po ng linaw ang katanungan ko. Kailangan pa po bang isapubliko ang isang city ordinance bago ito ipatupad? Kung nasa editing stage pa lang po ba ito, pwede na din po ba itong ipatupad? Thank you po!

Arresto Mayor

All municipal and city approved ordinances are subject for review and approval by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan or Panglunsod within 30 days upon receipt of a copy thereof from the municipal or city concerned. Non action by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan or Panglunsod within the said period of 30 days is deemed approval thereof.

Such ordinance concerned shall take effect after 10 days from posting which shall be posted after the Sangguniang Panlalawigan or Panglunsod approval.

Posting shall be done in 2 conspicuous places in the Provincial, Municipal and the Brgy halls.
