I am 28 I have a livein partner my older sister is pregnant but she is not fit to raise another child so she wanted to give the baby to me .I just want to ask what are the legal process and fee in adopting.

there are rules & procedures to be followed which are stated in RA 8552. talk to a lawyer to have then study your case.
