Good morning po ulit sa inyo lahat,may gusto lang po sana ako itanong tungkol po sa kasal,
dati na po ako nakasal,kaya lang po namatay na po ang dati kong asawa,ngayon po ay may bago akong asawa,nagbabalak po kami magpakasal,kaya lang po kasal nga po ako sa namatay kong asawa,pwede na po ba ulit ako magpakasal?

raul, yes you can get married. I recommend you settle your wife's estate first so you will not have any property issues with your new wife.

when you file your application for marriage license, you will have to provide your wife's death certificate.
