Arresto Menor

Good day po, regarding po ito sa new company policy namin na nagbabase sa COMPUTER type log-in daily time record (dtr), before po kase, nagbabase sila both on the computer dtr and manual dtr or sa log book nmen, we are also required to call the main office HR dept. kapag magtitime-in.

i recommend you write a courteous letter to your HR, but if they don't make the correction you'll have to decide whether you want to file a money claim at nlrc
